Re: Rear Window Washer Jet Adjustment.
I think "Stranger" had it right, use a pin and put it in the hole where the water comes out, you can then swivel it around...

Re: Megane has s#*t itself!
Car opened fine, put the card in, pressed the clutch and the displays between the speedo and rev counter started flickering on and off as it there was no power and the sane thing was happenin with the handbrake light. Now the displays won't even light, the car won't start an it's been clicking cons...

Re: door rattle
Mines always done that, drivers door, something up in the lock assembly, only at 60km/h +
Sounds like a loose linking rod or something like that
Haven't been brave enough to remove the trim yet, thinking I will end up with more noises if I do that

Re: Vibrating sunroof
Don't have a fix yet, but mine has developed a rattle in the rear hinge point, drivers side. When the roof is closed and the A/C is on, idle speed is approximately 900rpm which causes the rattle. If I apply upward pressure on the hinge (pushing up on the sunroof), the rattle stops. I think there is ...

Re: Changing reverse light on estate
Haynes says : "Working inside the boot, pull out the access flap/panel, then reach in and squeeze the tabs to unclip the bulbholder from the rear of the light unit. Twist and remove the bayonet-fitting bulb. Refitting is a reversal of removal" - hope that helps

Re: Privilege spec issues?
My '05 Dynamique has started losing the numbers on the gearshift, and the drivers door handgrip rubber is looking pretty tatty. I think it might be a function of age, perhaps a bit worse in Australia with the higher summertime temps. Gearknob could probably be replaced reasonably easy, but the door ...

Re: Changing the time on the clock
I have a Dynamique, but I *think* the time may be set via the radio - check the radio manual?

Re: Privilege model features
After you've turned off the engine, pull up on the headlight stalk (same as flashing your headlights), each pull of the stalk will give you 30 secs of headlights up to a max of 2 mins. Another trick is when locking, to press the lock button on the card twice. This will deadlock all doors and close y...

Re: How can i open boot whilst in the car>
I have read that in some countries (perhaps due to country specific coding of the control computer) that the boot stays locked when the car is running - from memory, I think it was someone from Egypt advising this. In Australia, the boot is openable with the car running or stationery. The keycard ha...

Re: Water in storage box in drivers footwell
Sorry to resurrect this post, I'm assuming folks have worked out the source of the water intrusion - my thoughts are that if the bulkhead plenum chamber drains are clean then the next place to look is the airconditioner condensation drain. Hard to get to, but I have cleared mine a few times by remov...
