Is it misfiring? (Stand by your exhaust tail pipe and listen for a sort of 'bubububub' sound) Does your steering feel heavy?

When you do, check for wear on the walls too.

Check your pressures. It almost always is something silly unfortunately.

ITG Panel filter is your best option for power.

However, the open filter does give off a louder spooling noise but no gain in power. As of many open cone filters/induction kits, you are prone to heatsoak.

It depends on what you're after.

Power: ITG.
Sound: Induction Kit.

Hi, the blanking plate is to cover where the original Diaphram Recirc valve went.

Because in a sense, you are relocating the 'dump valve'.

Well then, everything you have mentioned seems to of covered it all.
