i have been reading this thread very carefully, i have same problems with my megane 03 plate 1.5 dci, i have decided not even to waste any money on this car and have put it up for sale..seems like there is no definate answer to what the problem was..my car starts first time everytime, idles unevenly...

tyre pressures are all fine and i have excellent tyres...car drives fine at low speed, just on motorway or high speeds...perhaps its the wind that moves the car about because these cars are so light....its like the movement you feel when a juggernaut or big truck passes you on the motorway lol.

hi guys, the other day i was on the motorway, very rarely do i go on the motorway, but had to....anyway, at high speeds say 70mph....my meagne would suddenly for a fraction of a second move to the right and sometimes to the left, i could feel the car move no matter how hard i tried to hold the steer...
