Hi, wondering if anyone can shed some light on this
Ordering a oil filter online, and it’s coming up as two different filters. One says Bypass valve opening 1.5 bar and the other 0.8 bar . My car is a Megane 1.5 dci Mk3, no DPF fitted..... Thanks

Anyway it was down to a faulty climate control unit, all sorted now

Thanks for the reply Chris , i known its not the motor, as I was removing the plug from the resistor the whole lot came away and at that point it touched the cars bodywork ant the fan kicked into life ( Thank god , I heard its a dash out job ) so i guess it might be a wiring problem !!!! Hi, just replaced old Megane dci (9 years) for a mk3 1.5 dci, the problem I'm having is, that the blower has just stopped working (no speeds ) it has climate control, I have removed the glove box to take a look, looks like previous owner been under there before ( missing screws and clip on resistor ...

Hi I have a 3dr Megane 52 Reg dci, question is are here different types of window switches (drivers side ).As I have just bought one off Ebay (new) and its not working ??? my switch has a grey plug.Any help will be much appreciated ...... Thanks Jim

Hi, first of all sorry about this, it's been done to death.My injection and service have come on ,the car is running fine no power loss or smoke, plug in one of thoses bluetooth code reader's no faults showing ???? .Can any one help thanks ... Jim

Hi when my window stayed open it turned out that one of the cables had jump one of the wheel on the window runner and jammed , hope this helps

Hi thanks for the reply,when i looked up on the internet you get information good and bad .Anyway will have to live with it,not going down that road and replacing the turbo,cars too old...

Hi just wondering if my turbo it on it way out :?: ,just notice a noise coming from the turbo, it sounds like a police siren in the distance . No power loss/smoke, in fact feels a bit quicker oil changed twice a year since owning the car .... Car is a 52 Reg 1.9 dci with 150,000 on the clock.Thanks ...

Hi thanks for the reply ,turned out to be a faulty fan .I removed the fan but left it plugged it and tested the fan speeds but nothing till i gave the fan a shake and it started to work (worn bushes i think)replace fan everything working so far Thanks again Jim...
