Re: Window reg packed up while in the dealer getting the oth
Did it work when you first picked up the car and then fail or hasn't it worked at all? Only the drivers side rear was not working. Fixed by dealer, but when I went to pick car up from dealer, and checked all the windows while still in the dealer, passenger side rear had stopped. Passenger side rear...

Re: boot unlocking fault
Had the same fault a few weeks ago, including not being able to open the boot. After prising the switch off with a screwdriver, I left it on the radiator to dry out in case it was damp (as the rubber on the button was split). Sprayed it with WD and its been ok since.

You can buy one ready made on E-bay for £10 or so. Bought one last week and it works perfectly. I can even use the boot mounted Cd changer.

Fitted it into the boot.
Took all of 20 minutes from start to finish, very easy.

Just unplugged everything from the back then put them back in straight away, put in the code and the radio stations were still saved.

I also have the roof open in winter. I put the heater on, but with the central air vents blowing in my face, lovely and warm!

Just found half dozen of these on e-bay now. Asked the seller ( dynamic sounds) if they would fit my car and they said no for some reason.
