i also had same issue with my.mot. 2 wishbones.changed.and.i think.i got the.same issue as.i get.banging.and.crackling when.turning. this car just dont.like wishbones

was thinkin that. most think just.need a clean and wd40 and.seem to work so goin to check this out. just weird as never done it before when engine cold or barely hot.

my car fan seems to run a few secs fast speed and then stops only when first startin the car but the car temp isnt high. also seems if heaters on the engine tone goes louder.
anyone any ideas to why its doing this.

when changing my fuel filter on my car 1.5dci, i removed the inner wheel arch to get into it as u need to, but notice when looking at the bottom end of the engine i could see a pully with a belt on it, is this the cam belt? or alternator? i dont have the belly plate on so looked really rusty and as ...

well stripped it all to do the trick on the link longy gave and half way pulling it to bits it all started to work :? speed 4 keep blowing but. so messed with the wires by pushing them in and seems to be fine anyone else had this issue i did fine a nick on a wire at the block behind the center conso...

thanx longy i will try this out as seems it could be the issue,
i do remember a few days ago on a long run and it was a warm day i did have it on 4 and i thought i could smell burning but i thought it was just the car in front as i had my windows down aswell,

well as winter is coming this morning the car was misty on the mirrors so put on the demister for the rear and mirrors the passenger one cleared but drivers didnt
anyone had this before and know what the problem is and how to fix?

sound like the same issue as ,mine, my top mount on my drivers side is goosed and bang when i hit a bad bump on the road or if am turning it clicks. but worth a check

ebay is my answer am no paying £75, just hope it last and a few months i need to re do it lol, yeah getting them off ebay aswell lol cheapist i seen was £15. and will come in handy

this banging is getting worse on my side so i think my top mounts are goosed, done think grease will work, or is it worth a try, as the part is going to cost £75 out side via a auto shop or £35 on ebay, (but who do u trust) lol
