Ulrich is right, the rears need to be lost in order for the LLC to be connected, whatever you do make sure you dont splice into the speaker wire and leave the rears working as this will overload the head unit and do it damage in time. Hi mate, I have just finished installing a sub etc into my megane using standard head unit and an LLC, it works brilliantly and you now can't wipe the smile off my face! I now have a standard looking interior with great sounding tunes. One way to get the rear speakers back is to run the RCA lead fro...

Hi mate, I have just finished installing a sub etc into my megane using standard head unit and an LLC, it works brilliantly and you now can't wipe the smile off my face! This is excellent, had my megane a dew days now & waiting for the new amps & crossover to arrive so this has helped me a lot in preparation for when I start ripping my car apart.

Thanks Anthony, though I am gutted I need to split the signal from the rears as its bound to affect quality. I'm going have a play with this and post back to let anyone that might consider doing the same thing. Seems a waste to lose the steering column controls and a 6 disc changer to run an amp. I ...
