The clutch on my 1.9 DCI is slipping, how much of a job is it to change the plate and cover, do I need any special tools other than an alignment tool.

Best thing to do if you get offered one of the courses is to do as I did, send the wife. she loved it and I saved a fortune as she could have gone shopping on here day off ,that would have cost me more than £60.

1.9 DCI.Occasionally I get a strange smell from the car nor unlike the smell of a burning clutch, the last occasion I had only done a couple of miles, there was no overheating from the breaks and I am sure it is not the clutch, my question is could the FAP filter be producing this smell?
