Re: Megane GT 150 DCI Hell
The new car is a beauty thats for sure I think you have just been unlucky on the GT front, I still have mine and have had no further issues since the initial electrical issues. I am now almost 18 months into my 3 year lease having done 27k, I am now getting 50mpg and still no blue smoke. Would still...

Re: Stickies for fuel consumption
Megane GT 2.0 DCI now done 24k since Mid March 07
Seen a big increase since 20k or so, now getting about 48 - 50 MPG, on average 600 miles per tank. Always on Shell Diesel and never supermarket, used supermarket was losing from 5mpg upwards in MPG
Any other GT DCi owners with an update?

Re: Tyres
Hi There
I have Michelin tyres pilot primacy on my Megane GT DCi, and I have done 19k miles so far. My next door neighbour is a tyre fitter and has had a look at them and thinks based on the remaining tread and even wear pattern I should get 25K out of them!!

Re: Megane GT DCi... Any Comments?
My March 07 GT is on 12k service intervals I had a lot of electrical problems (All solved now)n nothing mechanical thankfully Apart from that its a great car, performance is a little off, I feel the Renaultsport 175 would possibly be a better purchase. Sadly with fuel prices as they are I am serious...

A brand new Tesco opened 2 mins from the house, so I moved from using Shell diesel to tesco in my Megane GT DCI. Found the car to be sluggish and also was getting about 5MPG less!!!!!. Moved back to shell this week and have noticed a big improvement in performance and have gained an extra 60 miles d...

There was an article in the last few weeks (cannot remember where) about the premium versions of the petrol and diesels that have came on the market. The long and short of it was the increase in performance between the higher octane rated V powers and alike Vs the standard stuff is not worth the the...
