Hi just been looking at my engine bay and spotted a sensor, had a look on here under engine components, and it says PINKING sensor? what is one and what does it do? Thanks

Forgot to mention, If I start the car and leave it running (without reving it) then the oil light and stop light do not come on. But as soon as I rev the car STOP and OIL light come on, and beeps aswell!

Hi, thanks for your reply. I thaught the rad fans comming on would be the because of the fan switch, so thanks for that. Ah, that makes sense, aircon has no gas in! so thats that code solved. Any ideas for the speedo staying lit up? thanks

Hi all, thanks for all your help last time. Since then I have replcaed, cam sensor, crank sensor, both front abs sensors, and replaced a couple of blown fuses! Every thing seems ok, but now it says electrical fault!, think the code is p0530. The only problem I can see is that the speedo stays lit up...

Hi, done more searches on internet!
have found the following df005 is a faulty cam shaft sensor (tdc). it makes the speedo intermitant, abs light come on, so think this is the problem, can anyone with autodata ect confirm? thanks.
