Radio does not always turn on

Hello again,

Just thought I would ask since I was posting about something else:

My radio does not always turn on correctly, it goes into "search" mode. By stopping the car and turning the ignition off and back on cures it - very odd.

Any ideas.

Cheers,

DAB+ Wiring kit

Hi,

I wondered if there was an after market kit that would convert the normal FM radio so it can pick-up DAB/DAB+?

I have the standard Renault radio/CD player and just wondered if it could be upgraded instead of being replaced.

Cheers,

Re: No live feed to main bulb cluster

Mark,

Thanks for your reply. I opened up the fuse box and could not see any blown fuses. I sadly agree with you, unless anyone else has any ideas it will have to go to a garage :(.

No live feed to main bulb cluster

Hi, I recently posted about what bulbs should I use for my Megane, however I have discovered it was not the bulb at fault. After a long process I have discovered that the passenger side side light bulb connector does not have any live feed, the earth works fine. There is not much room to work in thi...

Re: Which headlight bulbs

Alan,

So far I think it is the passenger side twice and just the once for the drivers side. It is always the main bulb too.

I will take a look at the Osram bulbs in that case.

Thx.

Which headlight bulbs

Hi, I have an 07 GT and for some reason I am going through headlight bulbs like they are free! In truth I am suspecting the bumpy road I travel down has something to do with it (damn council not filling in potholes!). Anyway, I need to replace the dipped passenger bulb. I have had to do it before an...

Re: Squeaky Dashboard

Hi,

I think the squeaks are coming from the drivers side dashboard area, perhaps even the hood over the console, typically it is one of those things that when you are driving and its squeaking its hard to pinpoint :(

Thanks,

Radio Issues

Hi, Again, sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum (2nd post so far:)) I have found that if I depress a peddle and press the start button the car starts - as you would expect. However the radio does not work correctly, the radio station is displayed and it then goes into scan mode. If how...

Squeaky Dashboard

Hi, Firstly my apologies if this has been posted in the wrong section, I was not sure if this was meant to go hear or in the Ownership Problems section: As the title suggests I am having an issue with my 07 Megane GT. I took it back to my dealer who said that this was not covered under any warranty ...

Greetings

Hi, I thought I would introduce myself. I am a Renault Megan and Clio driver. I have a 07 Megane GT (Diesel) and an 07 Clio Dynamique 2.0. Had both since new and really enjoy driving the Megane, albeit I have a couple of minor niggles, which I will post later. The Clio is like a go-kart, but its my ...

Re: Changing head light bulb in pics

Hi,

I wish I had found this forum a few months ago! Like many other people have already commented; this can be done without removing the wheel - however it will depend on you! If you have large hands/forearms then you will indeed need to remove the wheel.

Great post thought :)
