My guess is that the buzzing noise is either solenoids or the stepper motor on the throttle. When the ECU is unsure about throttle position, it attempts to close it. The next time this happens check the voltage of the battery. It may be loosing charge overnight, but then quickly charges once the engine has started. Check, clean and protect with silicone or other grease the terminals and any associated contacts. I think the problem is somewhere around the battery.

With a fuelling problem there will be abnormal trim values on OBD... You may also look at the boost pressure live readings, also on OBD. One more option is the dephaser stuck in the retarded position. If the case, then it may rattle on startup or may be just stuck. Hi Bob there isn't no fault codes ...

It is safe to remove the battery from the card, no programming required after.
