Got rid of my Megane.

These cars are a money pit and i wouldn't recommend Renault to my worst enemy.

Hello again. Posted the other day about my wing mirrors not working..Anyways today the wiring in the window nob thing in the door handle started smoking and melted all the plastic away. I took it to Renault who gave me a quote and have made the wires safe but now the immobilizer doesn't work and eve...

Hello all my wing mirrors have stopped moving when i try to adjust them. If i fiddle about with the little stick for a ages i get them to move slightly but that is all.

How do i fix this?

Had this happen to me and a new TDC sensor was put in and all was good.

Fixed it today.

The connectors in the bulb holder had a rusty pin. Filed some of the sh1t off it and gave it a spray of wd40 and it's back to bright again.

The bulb is definitely the back light as it is obvious when the hazards are on that the right side is dimmer than the left. Going to try and clean them again tomorrow and swap the bulb holders over and see if that fixes it. At least then i'll know it's something with the holder. Glad it isn't the fr...

What do i clean it with?

Going to do it tomorrow night after work.

Changed all the bulbs over and it's not the bulbs.

I notice that the right hand side bulbs are all working but just a lot dimmer than the left side.

Also took it out for a quick drive and the clicking has now stopped?

what do i do with the relay switch?

Hello all.

When i use my right indicator the green arrow on the dash flashes real fast and then goes back to normal. And then will start up again at different times when using it.

Got out of the car and all the bulbs are working.

Any ideas?

Yeah i have an FRM automotive Bosch garage up the road.

From those symtoms does that sound like it's the engine mounts as that is what i've been told? Pricewise?
