my car done the same thing it was the a dodgy alternator it would'nt show up on my mechanics eletrical volt meter (ie the fault) because its such a quick voltage drop ...but youll sure notice it through the lights etc. you need a manual type volt meter to pick it up or have a better scanner with a w...

plug the elmscan into the odb2 socket , put the card key in, then just hold the start button till you here everything clicking (coming on) dash etc and it should work no need to start the car. Make sure you goto the settings and to - connect to odb2.

if you look at your top engine mount (left hand side at the top big rubber thing and part metal probably has a blue paint dot on it) there should be a gap that you can see clearly, this gap would be directly in between the middle of the mount about half a centimetre wide. if this gap is not there th...

hello today i managed to pull the drive shaft out of the gear box just a bit enough for a small amount about 3 table spoons full of gear box oil , when this happened i quickly pushed the drive shaft back in and the leak seems to have completely stop. i thought id update ( i forgot lol ) and yes it was the engine mount though three different mechanics couldnt tell me this.. £150 for a new one fitted.

sorry i cant help but i have a simlar problem my reverse light dosent work and my stop lights keep blowing and it aint a fuse checked the all though may be yours is a fuse .just thought id share.lol
