Re: Help with adjusting handbrake cable

Hi everyone Can anyone help please. I have renetly had my rear discs and pads replaced and they have been making a terrible squeaking noise. During the MOT they did their usual singing while the mechanic was rotating the rear drivers side wheel (it seems to be only this one whining). He said to me i...

In my experience no work should be carried out on your car without authorisation by yourself unless it is under warranty. You then have the choice if to have it fixed by them or to do it yourself. In my opinion brackets should be covered under warranty as its not something that is wearable like brak...

Don't brake excessively too scared too I know Meganes are well known for throwing you through the windscreen when you only breathe on the brakes LOL (not literally). I have spoken to Renault this morning and they are going to have a look at them for me as its got to go in for a new earth cable which...

Juddering Brakes
Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone can answer a quick question. I had new brake pads and discs put on my Megane last November and for months and months they squeeked which drove me mad. Now the squeeks have been replaced by a juddering in the steering wheel when braking and also it feels like the...
