Sounds to me like ur engine mount is gone. Most likely to be the top one
Mines doing it at the mo. Needs fixing but not sure on cost. Would be a DIY job

REWIND!!!!

IT WORKED!!!!

took a week like but the WD40 obviously did its job of removing moisture and now my button is working fine!

18s on springs is the best option then i gues thanks for the help so far

that however only covers half of the stance isue.. the biggest thing i need to do is figures. offset etc ie (distence set from arches) id ike it as flush as posible

ideally i would like something simila to that of the 225 and upwards models..thick spoked type alloys.. however i am parcial to the odd split rim or lip design lol at the mo i just dont know.. if i can id like to get away with not lowering. simply for efforts sake.. i dont plan on keeping the car fo...

ideal Meg stance?

hello :) a simple one really im looking for some new alloys (or will be shortly) im actually after the ideal figures for a nice wide stance on an 04 1.6 vvt Meg. its not lowered at all and at the mo sat on the standard 16s witch look silly. are 18"s a goer?? before i start looking for alloys id...

funny noise

hello... im hoping someone on the forum can help me out before i take my problem to a dealer. its quite simple really.. upon attempting to start my 1.6 VVT megane on completely random accessions.. i get a very funny clicking sound as if someone is running a thick stick across a wooden slatted fence ...

door card off
disconect regulator (motor)
atack with hair dryer for like 20 minits
seal with electrical tape
reconect
test
replace door card.
job done. did mine 3 month ago and its been fine ever since.... and given the weather recently that is brilliant!

been thinkin about it for a wile but was woryed they were pinned in or somethin. might give it a go at some point. you need a drop mate!
