LOL - I may be big but not that big!! I can actually climb out the car with the clutch lifted with the left wheel spinning / right not moving despite both being on solid ice!

It could be the glow plugs if you get the error etc from cold. If the engine is warm then I believe the glow plugs are not used. Update: Checked the glow plugs with a meter and as expected they were all ok. I then removed the EGR, it was heavily coked /sooted up. Gave it a good clean with carb cleaner popped back, car started, was ok for about 5 minutes then "check injection" etc etc.... Booked in tomorrow with Rena...
