No ,handsfree locking/starting is not standard on all models,handsfree cars are identified by having push buttons on exterior door handles,check your cars and see what they have.

The battery in the Keycard is not charged by putting it in the reader, i'm afraid that is false info someone has given you,all it does is read the card.

I would remove EGR valve and check its not sticking/coked up.If it sticks open it will smoke like hell and really struggle to start.Hope this helps.

Airbag connections are all the same,but you may get one with extra plugs i think which are for ones with cruise control.If you dont have it then just leave extra plugs not connected but tape them up .the one i got had them and everything works ok on my car, hope that helps you .

I bought one off e-bay,it was new but old stock in very tatty box,guy didn't know which model it fitted.When i got it it was ok but didn't have the auto light switch stalk.Looked at them when i removed my broken one and noticed the switches were screwed on so thought nothing to loose and removed lig...

mine did the same.i got a new button kit from renault,only cost about £15 but you have to remove handle to replace.

If you fit different sized wheels than what car came with you should get the abs module reconfigured for the different tyre size as they all have a different code number .It is done with the renault Clip diagnostic pc.I got mine done when changed wheels,and it will keep speedo reading correctly.

I had this problem on car i have just bought,and discoverd that the o/s/f lower wishbone the long horizontal fixing bolt wasnt properly tight and allowing the arm to move in and out when accelerating/decelerating,hope this helps.
