Re: Draining Battery
Not sure what manufacture year your car is,but reading throught your history there comes 2 issue in my mind, which are rather common. Go to a dealer and check if theres fault on the Camshaft sensor, and also check the software vers of the Inject Comp.Software under Vers 74 has been making issue as you...

Re: really bad nosie from under the car
Have seen on the Megane II proplem with the Anto Roll bar bushes. The bar gets stuck(stiff)and when thats happens the sound is squeeking, knocks and etc.If the bar itself is completely stuck bad noises can also been heard, clicking, like something braking in the chassis when turning. Its easy to check i...

Re: low revs and poor idle when cold
its on the right side(driver side)black near the bulkhead, with two pipes entering on the top and bottom of the sensor
There are 2 wires on the connector to it.
disconnect everything and try to do what I said earlier
Good luck

Re: Sidelights not working , anyone any ideas ?
Think the control circuit is internal(in the UPC)
Thers only 1 connection from the UPC to the headlight called R9 in the UPC for both lights
and it seems to be solid wire all the way to the A/C control.
Likely this is faulty UPC,but this needs to be measured with volt meter

Re: low revs and poor idle when cold
Check the Canister bleed solenoid valve. If it is stuck open it draws false air when cold starting You can check this by blowing and sucking through the valve(if that the case, the valve is faulty) No service or OBD light comes on when this is the case.I have seen this valve faulty a lot with syndrome...

Re: Front Wipers Not Working
Before you buy a new motor check the fuse in the UPC(Protection and switching Unit)in the Engine Comp
In a Vers 1 its said internal fuse(but check,its nr 9 and its 25A)
In Vers 2 its nr 9 also
Check this out

Re: Passenger Front Window Qusetion
this is most likely faulty wiring in the drivers door. These windows are ground controled, and the slightest restriction in the wiring can cause a proplem like this, All these functions are controlled(go through)the drivers door and the multy switches. Have seen this before and the drivers door wirin...

Re: Water leak in boot
has your car a tow bar?
If it has, check the sealing where the tow bar is attached.
If not, remove the rear bumper and check if all the plugs and seals are in place
Have seen this before, and in all cases these were the issues causing this

Re: Dash rattle when cold or just over idle!!!
had a strange issue some days ago, very similiar to what you descripe.I would check the filler cap for the A/C in the passenger compartment. When its loose it can create(in my case)rattling noises near the pipes and in the middle of the dashboard. Also check the dehydration canister(bottle) in the whe...

Re: Aerial Problem
Hi there The proplem is most likey in the Aerial Base on the top.In it theres a small Antenna Magnifier, and I have seen many times oxydation in this magnifier. You have to release the top inside to access the fastening, and then you can open it up(small torx screw on the bottom) This base is not water...
