It's fine. Renault's are renouned for being sluggish when cold though. Have you tried cleaning all your other sensors with some electrical component cleaner? Clean your MAP and the temp sensor. Did the TDC Sensor this weeked Managed to do the wife's Megane at the weekend and thought I would post a couple of additional pics as they may help. Firstly this is a 2003 1.6Vvt Dynamique. Thanks for that but what's wrong with the black ones...?

I can get one for a tennar....and if it lasts a year then that suits me as I will probably be buying the wife a new car next year in any case..

Guys I need to remove my battery to get to my TDC sensor but I do not have my Stereo code. I have checked all my paper work and the page it should be written on is blank. Where is my TDC Sensor 1.6 2003

Guys I have read this forum and my haynes manual but I cannot find my TDC sensor. I have not removed the battery and tray as I do not have the stereo code (have checked ALL the paperwork with the car but no.. the page is blank) Renault also want £20 to give me a code that should of been with the car...

We had this problem recently but the garage managed to reset it when they serviced the car. Said it was a loose wire / connector under the seat.

It seems ok now.

I recently had the door apart on my wifes megane changing a window regulator at the weekend when I looked at her speakers. I noticed the cone was squashed and the actual speaker looked like it was made of paper... rubbish quality hence why she has rubbish sounds. I want to upgrade the speakers, not ...
