Hi I have Megane 2 on 07 plate, 5 door hatchback 1.6 VVT Put my shopping in the boot today & closed it as normal. Boot open sign displayed on dash panel. Got out again to open boot & reclose it but it won't open. Boot interior light is on. Can't lock the doors now at all. Get an odd sounding...

Re: Service Intervals
Thanks Alex I planned to change the oil every 4 months for the time being just to be on the safe side as I'm not sure how well the car has been looked after prior to me owning it. I'm a former engineer so I just want to check the condition of the oil after its been in the car for a while. Runs well ...

Re: Service Intervals
Fun & games at Camden Dunstable today-they won't let me supply my own oil for the service as it will invalidate the warranty but my guess is that the 3 year warranty has been invalidated anyway as the previous keeper didn't do the first service (she called it a minor service whatever that may me...

Re: Intermittent and automatic wiper problem
I've got the same problem on my 2007 Megane 1.6 VVT. Auto lights work well but no intermittent wipe-windscreen is original. Guess I'd better get the sensor replaced whilst in for service :( Is anyone aware of a problem with front foglights-mine don't work & haven't since I bought the car in Sept...

Service Intervals
Hi New to this board. Does anyone know what the service intervals should be for a Megane 11, 1.6 Dynamique (petrol, manual) 1st reg March 2007. I bought mine in September 2008 with 3,000 miles on clock. Has now done just over 5,000 miles and the service due message & spanner light is now on. The...
