Thanks for this update. Mine is going back in for 2 days, 4/5th Sept for them to check the wiring from the unit!! Will keep your 'diagnosis' to myself at the mo unless it starts to cost me!

Not sure if the wiring is covered under my Warranty Direct warranty!

Don't bet on it. Thats what I had replaced along with the glow plugs and it came back on near enough straight away.
