Re: minimum brake disc thickness??
Sports Tourer has 270mm Diameter disc rotors, yours has 240mm so they wont fit. Might be possible to swap the calipers over assuming bolt mounting pitch is the same.

Pipe fitted and system bled. An easy job but for the removal of the battery tray, Engine ECU and airbox. Working properly now and thanks to all concerned for info.

Re: 1.5dci Clutch pedal on floor!
Got the new pipe from Renault Stealer, £42. It comes with the same part on it as I described earlier that no one knows about. Would love to know what its purpose is. Will fit it once the rains stops

Re: 1.5dci Clutch pedal on floor!
busternlouise, many thanks. Bleeding sequence especially helpfull but now trying to find out what the "hydraulic stop" is as mentioned in the sequence. Haynes manual doesn't refer to it. AlexB, removed the hydraulic line with the leaking part attached. Took the part apart and there is only...

Re: 1.5dci Clutch pedal on floor!
Many thanks once again. I have a component in the line between master and slave cylinder which is not shown on any drawings. Since it's not listed in the manual you've shown me or the dealership one for that matter I'm going to remove and bridge it. I can't see what purpose it could ever have had ot...

Re: 1.5dci Clutch pedal on floor!
Thanks for reply AlexB but the manual you sent the link for had nothing regarding the clutch and was in French. Dropped out of French in 3rd year :-) . Have had a look under car and I can see, under the battery tray, a union in the hydraulic line. On this union is a circular plastic piece with metal...

1.5dci Clutch pedal on floor!
I have lost the use of the clutch pedal on my 2005 1.5dci Meggy. Unable to change gear and just managed to get it home in 2nd gear. Parked it up just 20 minutes ago and noticed a pool of fluid under the gearbox. What has broke? Is it likely to be the slave cylinder or the pipe feeding it? I lost the...

Removing rear door window regulator
Hi all, had a look through ownership problems for this but to no avail. It may have been asked before and I apologise for not finding it if it has been. Can anyone give me instructions on how to remove a rear door window regulator? Usual Megane problem. Twice in 4 years unfortunately, this time, the...

Re: Possibilities for my 06 plate 1.5dci Dynamique
Hi there, I'm soon to put new wheels on my Dynamique. They are Team Dynamics/100+ Jet in a 7.5 x 18 in gloss black with a bright machined lip with 225/40 rubber. Worth a look. Try eBay for a lowering spring set. You can get a full set of Koni springs for £85 delivered. Got them on mine and the trans...

Re: Colour code location?
I need the colour code for my sports tourer. I have located the sticker on the door pillar but there are lots of different numbers. Which number is the actual colour code? On the documents my colour is called Hessian Beige Ip / Ruche Grey.

Re: minimum brake disc thickness??
Cheers Alex, just what I'm looking for. Bought the car from a dealer who sold me the car with rear discs at 8.15mm. They're going to replace them or I won't be happy. Will keep you posted if you're interested. Rob.
