I think she said the fuses all seem to be fine. Is there a master fuse for the circuits controlling those things or something?

O7 Megane the dashboard light is not lighting up nor are the lights or indicators or petrol gauge or speedometer.

Will I find the fuse (I hope it is only a fuse) in the glovebox or under the bonnet?

They are robbing you blind there. That wire can be found in seconds. Its a ten minute job. I got charged €70 the first time the and the second time I did the job myself. It's really easy to do. The warning lights have gone out now.

I'll get the service booked in and report back.

The service is imminent if not a little overdue. With about 1000 miles to go the read-out stopped and it just says "change oil soon" now.

It is petrol engined (1.6 16v 2004 Megane).
