the bulb holder works loose, hence the rapid flashing saying a bulb has gone. it was a recognised fault.

a new bulb holder now has bigger connectors to stop it working loose.

Car went to garage for investigation of grinding noise on turning. Found top mounts and steering rack needed replacement. Done. i have hands free, stick the card in the slot for it to work. only issue i have is the 4 beeps can`t be heard unless you have a window open ! So it is pot luck really. I use the method for the ferry as well. as a safeguard, don`t have anything in the cabin that will move - not even their card hangin...

sometimes happens on mine.

Open rear glass, close it, and the boot opens again.

basically, sometimes the boot glass works loose, making the car think it is open, and it won`t allow the boot open if the glass is open.
