Sat Nav Updates
Hi to all I have a RAC 215 sat nav, purchased from Halfords at the beginning of 2008, however I'm finding that the installed map software is increasingly out of date, which is frustrating to say the least :banghead The map software, dated 2007, is made by 66.com, and is on a removable memory card. I...

Re: Fuel tank flap....

Its the original item, never been taken off or replaced. I've never really noticed it before, ...

Renault picked up three quarters of the bill and I paid the rest so they obviously are aware of the shoddy finish. Had them all changed. Only lasted another year before fresh cracks appeared though! I've just c...

3 of the end caps on my Megane have cracked too. Is there a guide on how to replace them, also where's the best/cheapest place to buy them?

Re: Slow electric windwo/door lining removal
For sun roof runners, the silicone spray is too thin, as are things like WD40 and 3-In-1 oil. Firstly thoroughly cleaning the metal runners and the sun roof mechanism, as grease attracts dirt, and you don't really want to put new grease on top of the old manky stuff. Then re-grease, using a decent p...

Re: Slow electric windwo/door lining removal
Hi paulbucknall, Before you go removing the door inner panel, fully lower the window and spray some silicon lubricant into the door runners, on both sides and along the top. Then operate the window up and down a few times and see if there's any improvement. If so, great; if not the tracks might need...

Hello, another newbie!!!!
Hi to all :wave Just thought I would introduce myself. I'm Gordon, from Edinburgh, and I currently drive a '54' Megane Dynamique 1.6vvt 5-door, in Ottoman Blue. I'm the second happy owner of the car since new, and happily to date, nothing whatsoever has gone wrong with it (apart from normal wear + t...
