front Headrests

front Headrests
How can I get the passenger side front headrest back in. Someone has pulled it out of the seat and now it won't go back in?. Looking down the two holes there seem to be thick metal bars in the way. The Haynes manual is useless and I can't find anything on the net.

Press in the locks (plastic bits) on the holes in the backrest and slide the headrest in.
