Lookers Renault Chester

HI Guys,
Anyone had any experience with Lookers Renault in Chester, sales or service. Thinking of getting next car from them, any info welcome.

Got mine from them about 5 yearsago now. They promised mats with car which took a lot of badgering before i got them.
Exhaust fell off after 3 days, can't blame them the car was only a year old and they fixed it without any problems.
As for servicing i'd avoid a dealer full stop, far too expensive. For servicing in chester Manor Garage on Lightfoot street is ok. They are Renault specialists so warranty will stay in tact.
As for car i still have it with 88k on the clock so can't grumble.

I took my Megane CC 1.9dCi to them for first MOT and 3-year service(didn't buy the car from them). They were ok(the service reception guys are miserable!) but you're never sure that they've done everything on the service schedule. Just had a set of glow plugs replaced by them (I supplied the plugs-was going to do it myself until I took the cover off to find another cover and another "rail protector" cover) Quoted me a price then charged me about 40% less so I paid up and left quickly! They'd also washed the car and cleaned inside!
Glad to find a mention of Manor Garage-I'll give them a try for it's next service/MOT.

No problems with them at all. Been going there for last 5 years since my wife bought the car from them. All servicing and MOT's done there. Seem to get a reasonable price too, especially with the loyalty card, my next MOT is free and half price thereafter and 10% off pre vat service invoice
