Head lights

Hello... Seriously looking at buying a 3 coupe, diesel, auto. Do they have switchable headlights RHD to LHD. The car will be registered in France, but we travel regularly to the UK,( switchable lights are good, deflectors are not) I've searched the net including utube, but can find no definitive answer,
