Seized in head injector 1.9dci any ideas

After my car had been stood for a few month as it was not being used (Megane 1.9dci 52 plate privelage) it failed to start when I tried to turn it over. As if it had no diesel in it. I connected it to my diagnostic kit and the fuel tail pressure was only at 2 bar and obviously needs to be at 150. I took the injector pipes off and number 3 injector was blowing diesel back out the inlet when the engine was cranked over from the compression. So the injector must be seized open. I want to remove the injector but it is also seized on the head any ideas on How to remove this. And are thebinjectota codes on this year.
