I´m really interested in seeing some photographs.

On the engine is the intake renault sport, installed camshafts 10.5- f260
, The main block of cylinders has been modified.
Zero resistance filter honda s2000
. The light pulley is installed, it is necessary to light the flywheel of the gearbox.
Injectors laguna 2.0

With the current setup, my Clio 1.6 16v made 142hp @ 5670 rpm and a maximum torque of 183Nm @ 4690 rpm on the dyno.

and then link it here in the board by using bbcode: [img ]https://pictureadress.jpg[/img ]

Initially a 1.4 k4j ecu 1.4 engine was installed on the car, after installing the engine 1.6 from clio 2, ecu remained the same 1.4. There is a conflict between the motor 1.6 and ecu 1.4, even after the ecu 1.4 tuning chip does not understand the motor 1.6.
At the moment the motor does not hold any revolutions at all.

What I want to do: refresh ecu 1.4 in ecu 1.6, but there was a conflict in the throttle valve renault megane 1.4. !!!!
At ecu 1.6 it is necessary to install a throttle 1.6.
These are the difficulties.

The problem is that in Moscow no one can properly configure ecu sagem 3000 renaul megane 2 (((((
Most install ready-made firmware ((((so so little power :(

Hmm....basically I would have expected that the 1.6l engine with the 1.4l ECU wouldn´t run that bad if you take over all sensors and actuators from the 1.4l engine. As I´m playing since more than 20 years with renault engines, many years ago I had a 2.0l 8V engine of a Laguna and the ECU of the 1.8l 8V engine of a Clio RSi. I installed all sensors of the Clio to the Laguna engine and to adjust the less fuel mass I replaced the 3,0bar fuel pressure regulator by a 3.5bar one and this worked fine.

The MéganeII has a fuel pressure of constantly 3.5bar. Unfortunately it´s located in the fuel tank, attached to the fuel pump.

Perhaps you find one with a higher pressure, going from 3.5 to 4bar for example means 7% more injected fuel mass at the same time. Going up to 4,5bar means plus 13%, which would fit perfect to the displacement increase of 14%, when you go from 1.4l to 1.6l.

Me the given power is pleasant. Motor 1.6 its capacity on a stand 136-139 hp is got, there is dynamics, but here ob / min x1000 is not present. It is necessary to hold the gas pedal.
You need to convert ecu 1.4 into ecu 1.6 and install
Throttle 1.6.
By the way the motor 1.6 without the phase shifter is different from k4j only in volume

Go here: https://www.catcar.info/en/

https://www.catcar.info/renault/?lang=en ... BlPT1CTTBC

The pump is the same for 1.4l and 2.0l,so what is the benefit?

Why do you need the throttle of 1.6l? I checked here again https://www.catcar.info/en/ , the 8200123061 is the same for MeganeII 1.4 and ClioII 1.6 with electrical throttle.

For me it´s all a little confusing what you write, may be it´s due to translation problems, I´m not a native english speaker, too. And I can not see in your picture if you have now a mechanical, or electrical throttle.

The Clio RS intake-manifold is a nice solution, even if I think sealing is not so easy.

1.6 megane 2 firmware, works only with throttle body 1.6.
I checked in practice that throttle 1.4 does not work correctly. Since throttle 1.4 and 1.6 differ in construction
