a fuse behind the dash? i think there is none behind the dash, only under the dash and its accessible using a panel and on the engine compartment where there is a box of fuses, both are very accessible. behind the dash is new for me, never ear of it

there is something in short circuit in your car, maybe something that is not working but you don't notice. or maybe you do, do you notice something not working while the fuse is still ok ?

i dont know that 1.6 16v engine, but the maintenance manual have a couple of pages telling you what is the mandatory work to be done at each mileage

swap that pipe or repair it.

about the filter unfortunately these fuel filters sometimes starts to crack in the joint area, bad glue, low time to heat up the area while being joined together, you name it, the fact is that it happens sometimes

you will be fine i think after these two repairs

yes you have, its easy, there is a hole behind the wheel. just press on it, you will feel a spring force inside, that is the release mechanism that slides the airbag.

after that you will see the wires, very simple
