Re: Is your seatbelt thingy getting worn?

Dear All Last update on the seat belt thing, this is definitely a seat belt problem!!! Any one with this problem should opt for a new seat belt as the retraction springs in the seat belt are faulty so it leads to the plastic wearing plus it is very unsafe to use this faulty seat belt. Who ever still...

Re: Is your seatbelt thingy getting worn?

Dear all, I have changed mine with a new one,but to my surprise it started very slightly to do the same thing, and after many investigations,I found out that it is due to my adjustement to the driver chair,I mean since I am on the short side (175 cm) so I am pulling the chair a bit towards the steeri...

Re: Megane GT steering

well you have to check the steering system very carefully, this is a serious hit,I do not believe that it did not leave any marks on the steering system, the wheel axles, wheel joints,etc,... check the motor fixing supports(you have 3 of them fixing the motor to the car) this might be responsible for t...

Re: Steering

The steering in the MegII is electric and not hydraulic,so that is why you will not find the reservoir. the ABS and EBD are very sensitive in the MegII,so may be some times when you drive on uneven road such that one of the wheels is not on the same level as the other, the ABS&EBD kicks in and i...

Re: Electronic Issue

Have you changed the car battery with a new one?? If you try to jump off your car with an external battery make sure you have very good (thick) cables or you might use 2 cables in parallel for each terminal,I have experienced the same thing exactly, you will hear a clicking (grinding) noise from the ...
